Female Roommate Wanted in Grand Rapids, MI

Female roommate wanted to move into my 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in February. I am currently living in Green Ridge Apartments in Grand Rapids (it's a great location!), please see their website for floor plans and photos. The basics - Rent is $875/month (for a 6 month lease. There's always the option to renew) and cable is $33/month and we would split these evenly. Gas and water are included in rent. Utilities are $18-$30 a month per person. We would just split the total each month. Parking is in lots outside the buildings, covered parking is available for $22/month. The apartments include central air, washer and dryer in the unit, a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Full disclosure - I have a cat, so this rules out anyone with allergies or strongly dislikes cats. I am professional working downtown. When home I enjoy cooking, reading and socializing with friends. If the location, timing and price sound good I would love to meet you over a cup of coffee.
