Professional Hair Salon manager needed for a New Premier Salon in Grand Rapids. We are looking for a manager who is experienced and professional, a team player, prompt with good communication skills. • Train workers in proper operational procedures and functions and explain company policies. • Meet with stylist to stay informed of changes affecting operations. • Analyze and record personnel or operational data and write related activity reports. • Collaborate with staff members to plan or develop programs of events, schedules of activities, or menus. • Observe and evaluate workers' appearance and performance to ensure quality service and compliance with specifications.
