Mid-size Grand Rapids apartment complex seeks a full time, detail oriented individual for a maintenance position. Candidate will be responsible for completing on-site maintenance/repair work under the supervision of the property manager. Position is primarily responsible for repairing apartment unit interiors and fixtures, painting, common areas, grounds and maintaining property exteriors.
