Beautiful house looking for new roommate/couple in Grand Rapids, MI

Hello, we are currently on a 1 year lease and our lease runs out in September. One (maybe both) of our roommates is moving out when the lease is up so we will need someone to replace her/them then. It is a spacious 3 bedroom, full house.
1 1/2 Bath (full, large bathroom upstairs with shower tub, and 1/2 bath on main floor)
Michigan Basement (with couches downstairs)
Full, fenced in backyard with a deck
2 story house (bedrooms upstairs)
office nook next to kitchen
HUGE beautiful kitchen
Nice sized living room and dining room
Laundry room with washer and dryer by stairs to basement
We have several couches and plenty of furniture (When our roommate leaves, we will lose the coffee table in the basement, desk in the kitchen, and couch in the office nook)
Rent is 275 a month each, plus utilities
We have a budgeted gas plan, so it's $27.25 each a month.
Electric runs between $10-15 each a month.
Water is quarterly about $30 every 3 months
Internet is about $8 a month.
We buy trash tags when needed, but if we need to, we will get a city trash can.
Off-street parking (and a garage, that we currently don't use much)
We have a dog (around 1 year old, black lab). He is incredibly sweet, but can be hyper. Once he gets used to you, he'll leave you alone, but until then he'll follow you around (but will never try to bite or hurt you in any way). He is very playful and would love a playmate. He's okay with cats, just give him time to adjust.
We love this house and don't want to lose it! This is a beautiful house, close to the bus-line for GVSU and walking distance from downtown and the zoo. We would ultimately love to have another couple move in so that we could have the last bedroom as a guest room, but we are not going to eliminate anyone because of this.
