Under the general direction of the RoHS program manager is responsible for the leadership and directing of high complexity projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. Responsibility for all aspects of the project from initiation to completion. Interfaces with all stakeholders affected by the project including end users. BSEE degree emphasis in project management or related discipline or equivalent Background with RoHS compliance and strong understanding of electrical systems. Global environmental control compliance experiences a plus ie REACH, WEEE, etc. Strong understanding of qualifications for design and process changes. Must be able to analyze and correct complex process andor system issues of a broad scope using independent judgment Excellent interpersonal communication, collaborative team work, and negotiation skills Expertise to build trusting relationships with mid-level management Proven background in presenting to executives Must be able to generate and explain detailed proposals, guidelines and procedures. Expertise to generate and explain detailed proposals, schedules, financial data, objectives, and other documentation accurately.
